This floor was re-claimed from a nearby house that was being demolished, it was perfect for the Job Young kitchen... note the scar marks, where chair rail had been earlier....

We were fortunate to acquire some chair rail, from a renovation, of Job Young's FATHER'S HOMESTEAD and we installed it here later.
Amazing!

The second parlour window, had been partitioned off the main parlour, when a small room was made... we tore down that wall and had matching moulding made as it was long gone

Kitchen floor and walls with replaced chair rail in place Awaiting the kitchen islands

Painted floor at the entry
I designed a fixture for the dining room using a table leg!

At the doorway, Mona and her two pups in front of the Chinoiserie pattern side lights.  Note the box staircase just inside as well. Ah, Spring....  4 square garden
